Steve Bloom began his career with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 1983 as a Management Trainee at one of the company’s rental offices in Southern California, shortly after graduating from San Diego State University with a bachelor of science in management. At the time, Enterprise was a small, but growing regional rental car company with just over 10,000 vehicles in service.

Today, Enterprise is the largest rental car company in North America, has more than 720,000 vehicles in its worldwide rental fleet and nearly 200,000 vehicles leased from 53 full-service account team locations across the United States. As one of the company’s top performers throughout his career, Bloom has been instrumental in helping the company achieve its tremendous success and growth.
