As President and Chief Operating Officer, Pam Nicholson oversees a worldwide network of more than 8,000 Enterprise, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car locations and the efforts of 75,000 employees. She is a corporate officer and one of the company’s top operating employees. This year, Nicholson has been named to FORTUNE’s Most Powerful Women in Business list.

Nicholson began her career with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 1981 as a Management Trainee in St. Louis after graduating from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  At the time, Enterprise was a small but growing regional rental car company with approximately 10,000 vehicles in service.  Today, Enterprise, National and Alamo have fleets totaling more than 1.1 million vehicles.  Nicholson also oversees the Enterprise Fleet Management, Car Sales and Commercial Truck rental businesses.
