Jack Taylor Founding Values Award

The Jack Taylor Founding Values Award honors the regional Groups that exemplify excellence in living the values which were set in motion five decades ago by the award's namesake and Enterprise's founder, Jack Taylor.

The award addresses Groups' activities in the key areas represented in our Cultural Compass. Winners receive a grant from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Foundation, which they can use to advance qualified nonprofit causes in their local communities.

The Jack Taylor Founding Values Award inspired some amazing achievements among our Groups across the globe this past year alone.

  • Enterprise's diversity partnerships more than doubled in the past year, with our Groups reaching out to more than 600 community partners to enhance the company's diversity recruitment efforts.
  • Nearly all of our group operations implemented employee training and communications initiatives to further our efforts to put programs in place for employees from underrepresented populations.
  • Our operating Groups actively partnered with 60 local affiliates of the National Urban League and worked with more than 1,300 additional community organizations in the five countries where we do business.
  • Nearly 90 percent of our group operations implemented a flexible scheduling and comprehensive communications and training program to address the work/life balance needs of our employees.
